Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and creative individual to join our team. The role involves developing relationships with festival partners, supporting artists and delivering strategic initiatives in support of the outdoor arts sector.

You will focus on the following areas:

  1. Working with the Head of Festivals to enable festival partners to select and tour a strong programme of work each year that meets the artistic policy of Without Walls and the agenda of the individual festivals.
  2. Coordinating the logistics of network meetings, training sessions and other network related events.
  3. Contributing to preparation of meeting papers and minute taking where appropriate.
  4. Maintaining effective communication with festival partners, artists, Board members and other stakeholders.
  5. Gathering information for inclusion in the partner newsletter.
  6. Supporting the preparation and monitoring of contracts and grant agreements for partners, working closely with the Finance Team.
  7. Monitoring project budgets.
  8. Managing the audience engagement open call process and supporting festivals to deliver and evaluate their activities effectively.
  9. Contributing to analysis and findings from evaluation to identify key trends, outcomes, and recommendations for future development.
