The Role
This is a rare opportunity to join a highly successful, fast-paced delivery team as the business continues to grow. Being located in Southern England with easy access to London will be an advantage.

Working alongside the Development and Transactional Teams, you will hold a key role with responsibilities that include:

  • Robust technical input and delivery support into new land purchases
  • Providing cost analysis and an assessment of site feasibility & deliverability timeframe
  • Supporting Development Teams with all necessary due diligence and bid proposal analysis
  • Providing project co-ordination on major new developments, including the overseeing of planning submissions, sectional agreements and discharge of planning conditions
  • Leading the procurement and management of design & build contracts, through both tendered and negotiated arrangements, working with an established supply chain and contractor base
  • Ensuring market-leading ESG standards in all aspects of development
  • Partnering closely with contractors on-site to help realise the company’s vision and performance goals
  • Driving innovation and excellence in design & products selection to maintain a best-in-class market leading position


The Person

  • A proven Project Manager with experience in industrial & logistics delivery within the UK
  • Professional background, operating for a reputable developer or consultancy with demonstrable experience of leading projects from pre-acquisition through to handover
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to provide concise, robust and commercially astute advice
  • Confident, collaborative and user-friendly with an engaging personality to enthuse internal and external stakeholders
  • Degree qualified with professional accreditation (e.g. MRICS, APM, MCIOB, or RIBA) or equivalent knowledge gained through market experience
