The ideal candidate has experience in aerospace project management and relevant certifications. This role is based 100% onsite in Brize Norton, offering competitive hourly rates.

• Certified in PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent.

• Location: Brize Norton (100% onsite)
• Rate: PAYE (£41.10/hr) or Umbrella (£55.00/hr)
• Hours: 35 per week (4.5 days, flexible between 7am-7pm)

• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across engineering operations
• Manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
• Apply Agile methodologies to streamline delivery
• Influence stakeholders and manage expectations with confidence
• Integrate lessons learned and proactively manage risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure project success
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in project management within the aerospace industry
• Strong background in Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement
• Skilled in Agile frameworks, MS Project, and stakeholder engagement
• Certified in PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills
• Experience in change management and leading transformation initiatives
