Job summary

Rullion is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a major on-site assignment in Dungeness. You will deliver projects in a highly regulated environment, ensuring safety, time and budget targets are met while complying with statutory and project management requirements.

You will lead governance, manage stakeholders and drive the full lifecycle from planning through commissioning, with a focus on risk management, cost control and value engineering.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable project management experience within a highly regulated industry.
• Significant PM experience in nuclear or highly regulated sector, ideally 10+ years.
• Experience delivering large-scale construction projects (£10m+) across full lifecycle.
• Experience with PM processes, controls, cost, risk, planning and change management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and complex stakeholders.
• Strong Health, Safety and Environmental understanding including CDM.

Responsibilities

• Establish a clear project vision and lead the team to objectives.
• Take overall responsibility for safe delivery against time, cost and quality targets.
• Provide leadership and governance per project management processes.
• Ensure delivery meets business and commercial requirements.
• Manage internal and external customers and stakeholders.
• Define baselines and manage planning, cost, risk, trends and change control.
• Resource and manage multidisciplinary teams and specialist resources.
• Maintain project documentation to required standards.
• Develop risk and opportunity plans with mitigation measures.
• Consider value engineering and scope/cost changes.
• Produce performance information including CPI, SPI, EVA.
• Lead CDM activities per Health, Safety and Environment requirements.
