Job summary

Boccard UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Bristol team and lead complex projects within highly regulated environments, including nuclear and energy sectors. You will own projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget control and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 5 years delivering engineering, manufacturing, nuclear, energy or other highly regulated industry projects.
• Proven experience managing projects across the full lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Experience leading negotiations and managing commercial discussions.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• A degree qualification or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns projects from initiation through final delivery, ensuring safety, timeliness, budget adherence and quality.
• Leads multidisciplinary project teams and coordinates resources.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Manages budgets, schedules, risks and performance.
• Drives governance, reporting and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborates with the manufacturing facility in North Wales and stakeholders across the UK.
