Job summary

Boccard UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Bristol to lead complex engineering and manufacturing projects within highly regulated environments. You will own projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring safety, on-time performance, and quality while managing budgets and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of regulated-industry project experience, strong commercial and negotiation skills, and a degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience delivering engineering, manufacturing, nuclear, energy, defence, or other highly regulated industry projects.
Experience managing projects throughout the full lifecycle.
Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
Experience leading negotiations and managing commercial discussions.
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
A degree qualification or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from initiation through to final delivery, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality.
Manage full lifecycle planning, scope, and final acceptance.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and resources.
Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
Oversee budgets, schedules, risks and performance.
Support governance, reporting and continuous improvement across UK projects.
