Project Manager - Engineering (Nuclear Sector)

Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a Project Manager to join a well-established engineering company near Alloa. The successful candidate will be part of an established Projects team, supporting the delivery of high-level nuclear projects. A strong background in project management and technical knowledge is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overall responsibility for nuclear projects, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards are met.
2. Manage project milestones and goals, organizing and attending meetings as required.
3. Initiate, update, track, and control technical queries, non-conformances, and deviations.
4. Oversee design and manufacture of pump, motor, and associated components according to specifications.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
6. Ensure project documentation and design requirements meet standards.
7. Identify and pursue business development opportunities within the nuclear sector.
8. Improve processes and procedures within projects and suggest broader business adaptations.
9. Coordinate with workshop and test teams for timely project execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in engineering or nuclear sectors.
• Technical knowledge of rotating equipment (pumps, valves, motors).
• HNC or higher qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Prince2 or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally; valid passport required.

Working Hours:

08:00 - 16:30, with options for flexible working after the initial probation period.
