£40,000 - £45,000 DOE

The Advocate Group is working exclusively with this organization as they expand their team to support their growth agenda.

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver launches and strategic projects through full execution, contributing to the company’s growth and NPD pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the scope, planning, and delivery of multiple cross-functional, business-critical initiatives.
• Create and maintain engagement with project workstreams across all stakeholders, fostering a cross-functional team environment.
• Review and implement project timelines; identify potential blockages and recommend solutions.
• Conduct project reviews, identify process improvements, and support their implementation and brainstorming.
• Manage project documentation, ensuring they are fit for purpose and created in a timely manner.
