Project Manager – £75m 650-bedroom new build hotel project in West London

My client is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a new build hotel project in the West London area on a permanent basis.

The project involves 650 bedrooms and has approximately 6 months remaining, possibly more. The successful candidate will oversee the remaining development through to completion. Afterward, you will move on to a new project within the company, which specializes in hotel and some residential projects within London.

You will report to a Director and will have Site Managers and trades reporting directly to you.

Applicants must have previous experience working on residential and/or hotel projects as a Project/Construction Manager within London, managing projects from start to finish, with a proven track record on large projects.

The company is offering a competitive salary up to £75,000-£80,000 plus package. Interviews are scheduled soon, with a start date anticipated for early September 2018.
