Job summary

Transform Housing & Support is seeking a Project Manager to drive decarbonisation and planned investment across 1,800+ properties in the Leatherhead area. You will lead energy efficiency improvements and capital works, ensuring net-zero targets are met while balancing time, cost and quality.

The role is hybrid with travel across the operating area and regular collaboration with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex projects in housing, energy or retrofit sectors.
• Strong budgeting, procurement and contract management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partners effectively.
• Knowledge of asset management, health and safety and CDM regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Warm Homes Programme and retrofit works across properties.
• Manage budgets, procurement and coordination with consultants and contractors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and drive delivery to time, cost and quality.
• Use data to inform investment planning and monitor stock condition data.
• Travel across the operating area in a hybrid work setup.
