At BAM UK & Ireland, we’re driven by the desire to shape a sustainable future. As we continue to evolve and innovate, we’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the next stage of our MyTime system transformation. This is an exciting fixed-term opportunity to make a real impact across our business, supporting our Finance team in driving meaningful change and operational excellence.

Your mission

Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you’ll take ownership of the MyTime project through its next critical 6–9 months. The project requires focused leadership to achieve a successful close—on time, on budget, and in scope.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the MyTime project team to deliver outstanding results
  • Enhancing business and operational engagement to drive adoption rates to 95%+
  • Improving system capability and automating reporting to enable full reconciliation from MyTime to payroll and cost allocations
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to embed improvements and ensure long-term success
  • Ensuring strong project governance and reporting throughout the lifecycle

This is a high-impact role that will influence how we manage time, people, and performance across BAM.

Who are we looking for?

You’re a dynamic and results-driven professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys bringing people together to achieve great things. You’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a solutions-focused mindset to the team.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A proven track record of delivering projects to time, cost and quality
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
  • Knowledge of project governance frameworks, planning tools, and delivery methodologies
  • An understanding of business systems with a focus on finance, reporting, and operations
  • A strong customer focus and ability to foster trust and confidence across teams
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and suppliers within a project
  • A blend of business, IT, and financial acumen
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing both business and IT projects
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel across UK locations as required
What’s in it for you?

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, which includes matched pension contributions, private healthcare, life assurance, 26 days holiday, 2 wellbeing days and 1 volunteering day. In addition to an attractive salary and benefits package, we support further personal, professional, technical and leadership development.
