  • Represent the agency in client meetings, stakeholder presentations, and site inspections.
  • Contribute to new business proposals, costings, and pitching processes.
  • Minimum 8 years' project management experience in the design, cultural attractions, or museum/heritage sectors.

  • Understanding of health and safety, CDM regulations, building legislation, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience working with publicly funded or grant-based projects.
  • Prior work within a Local Authority or similar regulatory context.
  • A background in museum fit-out, exhibition fabrication, or interpretive planning.

Additional Information:

  • Hybrid working offered (minimum Leicester HQ studio presence required).
  • UK and international travel will be required.
  • Some out-of-hours work or overnight stays may be needed, depending on project demands.

What’s on Offer:

  • Competitive salary (commensurate with experience).
  • Opportunity for career growth and advancement within a global creative agency.
  • Work on meaningful, culturally significant projects in a supportive, collaborative environment.
