Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to mobilise a large-scale contract over a 6-month period. You will own the mobilisation plan, coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Partnerships, Construction, Delivery, Product Development, Sales, Tech, Finance and People, and drive readiness for a potential go-live on 1 January 2027.

AbouttheRole....

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the mobilisation of a large‑scale contract over a 6‑month period. This is a pivotal role, responsible for owning and driving the mobilisation project plan to get us ready for a potential 1st January 2027 go‑live date.

You will coordinate multiple cross‑functional workstreams – including Partnerships, Construction, Delivery, Product Development, Sales, Tech, Finance and People – ensuring timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholders remain fully aligned throughout the mobilisation phase.

This is a hands‑on, high-impact role for a qualified project manager who thrives in complex, fast‑paced environments, enjoys working across diverse teams, and is willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved when needed.

Skills and experience

• Strong experience of RAID management, project planning and dependency mapping.
• Demonstrable ability to coordinate and influence cross‑functional teams (e.g. Partnerships, Construction, Delivery, Sales, Tech, Finance, People).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership reporting.
• Highly organised, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMP, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of recognised project management methodologies and best practice.
