Job Title: Project Manager (Mechanical)

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Progression + Training + Company Bonus + Company Car + Benefits

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in successfully managing and delivering a variety of MEP projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead and control projects from inception to completion within the MEP industry, with potential career progression to Directorship.

Company Overview

This well-established and rapidly growing company has been providing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services to commercial clients in and around London for over 5 years. Due to increased workload, they are looking to add a Project Manager to their dedicated team, who can contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of projects from planning through to completion.
• Manage project budgets and create detailed documentation.
• Develop and review schematics, act as the main contact for clients, contractors, and engineers.
• Coordinate site activities, ensuring health and safety policies and environmental regulations are adhered to, while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing installations.
• Proficient in CAD and METLAB software.
