Job Description

The successful candidate will support the team in developing and coordinating projects throughout the entire medical device lifecycle. This role involves coordinating activities with internal and external team members and consultants, ensuring accountability, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicating effectively at all organizational levels to ensure expectations are clear, aligned, and consistently met throughout each project lifecycle.
  • Providing updates and project visibility to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborating across functions such as sales, marketing, quality, and operations to meet project goals and keep initiatives on track.

Qualifications

  • Educational background: A bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-6 years in project management within the medical device or biotechnology industry.
  • Technical knowledge: Familiarity with medical device development, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems.
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills: Strong leadership and effective problem-solving abilities for managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
