Job Title: Project Manager (Mechanical)

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Progression + Training + Company Bonus + Company Car + Benefits

Location: London

Are you a Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering a variety of MEP projects?

Would you like to lead and oversee new and existing projects from start to finish within the MEP industry, with opportunities for career progression up to Directorship?

This well-established and rapidly growing company has been providing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services to commercial clients in and around London for the past 5 years. Due to increased workload, they are seeking a Project Manager to join their dedicated team and contribute to business growth.

In this role, you will be the primary contact for ongoing projects, liaising with key clients, taking ownership of project delivery, and managing the project lifecycle from initiation to handover. You will be on-site coordinating with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring all work complies with health and safety policies and environmental regulations, and maintaining high standards of quality.

This role is suitable for a Project Manager with experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installation who seeks an autonomous position within a growing company, with clear progression pathways to Directorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership of project delivery from planning through to completion
• Monitoring and managing project budgets
• Creating detailed project documentation and reviewing schematics
• Acting as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, and engineers

Candidate Requirements:
