The Project Manager will be a key member of the Customer Solutions Team, responsible for driving the successful implementation of internal company projects, managing high-tier enterprise and strategic customer projects, and supporting project implementation for lower-tier customers. This role will contribute to the ongoing development of a robust project management framework within the business, driving improvements and efficiencies both internally and for customers.

The role will include direct contact with enterprise, major and other strategically important customers.

Main Responsibilities1. Project Management & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Oversight of in-project customers; either as a direct project resource for higher tier and strategic customers or indirectly via supporting documentation and processes for lower tier customers. This includes all of the day to day project management related activities.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams when it comes to process updates and change management within assigned projects. For example, when managing a company project, serve as the primary liaison between teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks and strategies.
  • Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks in project execution and support the development of effective mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
  • Be a point of escalation for project-related queries, liaising with relevant teams and senior leadership as required
  • Follow the established guidance and structure around change management strategy & process within your projects.
2. Operational Management, Reporting & Improvement
  • Regularly report on project performance, status, and key metrics to your manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with a focus on innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement to enhance project delivery, with a focus on adhering to project frameworks, supporting change management and helping to control costs while improving overall quality.
  • Apply best practices in project management methodologies.
  • Work within operational workflows across both customer and company projects, ensuring efficiency. For example, follow the current framework for approving, scoping, and delivering new products and features, and identify and flag opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure all projects have clearly defined success criteria, whether that be improved operational efficiency for an internal process, or a successful go-live and positive onboarding experience for a new customer.
  • Track KPIs to measure operational effectiveness and report on progress.

The Ideal candidate will have

Location and Hours of Work

Our weekly hours of work are 37.5 covering Monday to Friday. This is a hybrid role and we offer a lot of flexibility around core hours. Teams based in Ireland and the UK are required to work from the local office one day every two weeks.This role can be based either in Ireland or the UK - Dublin or London Area
