Project Manager (Maternity Cover)

Contract dates: 1st September 2025 - 31st August 2026

Location: Hybrid (1–3 days/week in our central London office)

Salary: £45000

The Role

As our Project Manager, you’ll oversee and improve all aspects of the client onboarding journey, ensuring an unrivalled experience at this critical stage of our client lifecycle.

Reporting directly to our Head of Operations, this role will will optimise every process, communication, and touchpoint of our projects with our clients, understanding the positive impact successful onboardings and projects can have on client’s experience.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead end-to-end project delivery, through planning, execution, monitoring, and transition to BAU

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including clear goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks by implementing proactive risk management strategies

Maximize the use of Notion as the central project management tool, continuously optimizing workflows, templates, dashboards, and task management

Serve as the main point of contact for all project communications, driving effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement

Implement and refine scalable onboarding frameworks, processes, and service standards

Leverage data and client feedback to analyze onboarding performance

What we’re looking for:

2+ years experience implementing a range of project management methodologies

Strong understanding of risk management principles and techniques to handle project changes

2 years’ experience (ideally in a SaaS company) in a comparable position, placing the client at the centre of decision-making

Strategic thinker with hands-on agile execution

Exceptional communicator and client relationship builder

Passion for health, sport, or social impact a big bonus
