Your role:

  • Leading and managing marine interior outfitting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and any changes to stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have a higher technical education (advantage - specialization in marine interior outfitting or ship repair).
  • Have a minimum of three years of experience in project management, preferably within the interior outfitting or maritime industry.
  • Know marine outfitting processes, standards, and regulations.
  • Possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Have proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Have ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communicate fluently in English (both written and spoken).
