Job description

Do you have the leadership skills to manage high-value projects? Are you passionate about marine civils and structural engineering? We are currently looking for a Project Manager (Marine Civils Structural) to join our busy team in the vibrant port town of Dover, Kent.


As the Project Manager (Marine Civils Structural), you will oversee a range of high complexity and high-value projects, ensuring they progress from inception through to successful completion. Your expertise will guide interactions with business sponsors, internal and external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, all while managing integrated teams and implementing robust governance and control processes. Drawing on your extensive background in maritime and civil structures, you will ensure that every project aligns with statutory requirements and delivers outstanding results.

Project Manager (Marine Civils Structural) Requirements
  • BSc/BEng (or higher) in a relevant engineering discipline, preferably chartered
  • Master's degree in business, Engineering, or Project Management
  • Project Management Professional Qualification from a recognised professional body
  • Demonstrable experience in a Project Manager role under NEC contracts
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
