Job summary

Auxo Advanced Engineering in Luton, England is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of manufacturing projects. You will drive delivery on time, within budget and to customer expectations, with potential for hybrid working after six months and flexible start times between 7am–9am, plus a 1pm finish on Fridays.

Applicants should hold British citizenship (dual allowed) and be able to obtain security clearance.

• Proven track record delivering full life-cycle projects at a manufacturing site.
• Experience managing a portfolio of projects to ensure on-time delivery, within budget and meeting customer expectations.
• Ability to operate in a manufacturing environment across diverse industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring on-time completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to meet client requirements and project milestones.
