An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to support with Making Every Contact Count (MECC) across ESNEFT. This post is Fixed Term/Secondment until 31st March 2027.
You will continue delivery on the roll out of Making Every Contact Count (MECC) trust wide, as outlined in the Health Inequalities Strategy. Working collaboratively with partners across the Integrated Care System (ICS) and putting patients at the heart our approach.
To support, facilitate, monitor and improve progress of the MECC project outputs and outcomes
To support implementation of the projects contained within the Health Inequalities Programme by aligning with MECC and Quality improvement (QI) approaches.
