Job summary

Binnies, part of the @one Alliance, is hiring an experienced Project Manager to deliver major water infrastructure projects in the UK, from planning through to construction and handover, leading multi-disciplinary teams to meet safety, schedule and quality targets.

The role requires proven track record delivering large construction schemes (£30m-£90m), strong leadership, and a solid grasp of health and safety, CDM and contract delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering major construction projects (£30m+).
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Good understanding of health and safety, CDM and project delivery.
• Experience managing budgets, programmes and multiple priorities.
• Water industry experience preferred; strong construction background acceptable.
• Knowledge of NEC Option C contracts advantageous.

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in delivering major construction projects valued at £30m-£90m?

Binnies is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the @one Alliance, helping deliver some of the UK’s largest and most exciting water infrastructure projects.

We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, bring teams together and keep projects moving safely, on programme and to the highest standards.

You’ll take ownership of projects from initial planning through to construction, handover and beyond, working closely with engineering, commercial and planning teams to overcome challenges and achieve the best outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience delivering major construction projects (£30m+)
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• A good understanding of health and safety, CDM and project delivery
• Experience managing budgets, programmes and multiple priorities
• Water industry experience would be great, but we’ll also consider a strong construction background
• Knowledge of NEC Option C contracts would be an advantage
