Project Manager – Main Contractor

Further to the start of a new project our client has instructed us to recruit an experienced project manager to run the external project on a £45M development near Epsom. The project consists of 1-3 bedroom apartments and also features a nursing home.

The project is starting in July and to start with will be focussing on the external envelope as the build in a an RC Frame that features a Nudura perimeter wall that will be finished either by render or brick work. The apartments will all have a high specification and they are looking for someone who has come from a main contractor background.

Requirements

• Experience on either care home, student accommodation, hotel, highrise or hospital projects
• SMSTS
• To have worked on external envelope
• A working knowledge of Nudura install would be advantageous
• To have worked for a main contractor
