A leading company seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee diverse projects within the financial collateral sector. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills who is adept at managing client interactions, developing project understanding, and leading teams across complex initiatives. Join a dynamic organization dedicated to driving financial stability and creating sustainable growth.
Job Description
Position is for an experienced project manager to lead large and small projects supporting the financial collateral business. The projects range from small, short time scale efforts to large complex client implementations across multiple products lasting 12 to 18 months. Interactions will span internal teams, business partners, and external clients.
The project manager is expected to become a subject matter expert on the project rather than solely requesting dates, tracking progress, and updating plans. This requires developing an understanding of the end goal of the project, the component pieces at a high level, and how they interact. The successful candidate will understand the high level of the project better than any of the individual subject matter experts participating.
