Hi, I'm Anil, a Senior Project Manager at HowNow. I’m looking for a Project Manager to join us.

You’ll be at the heart of our growth, building great partnerships, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. If you're excited about technology, managing projects, and making a real difference, this job is perfect for you. You’ll work on both internal and customer projects — one day overseeing the implementation of the HowNow platform for a client, and the next helping plan and execute our internal projects to accelerate strategic growth.

You’ll find energy in taking an abstract brief or desired end state, working cross-functionally to identify how to achieve it, who needs to be involved, and driving it to completion while measuring impact. The pace can be fast and demanding, as we grow a market-leading learning company, so working under pressure should be familiar to you.

Longer term, as someone overseeing delivery projects, you’ll have the opportunity to influence our project delivery processes, finding efficiencies and streamlining workflows.

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Project Planning and Scheduling:
    Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. Allocate resources effectively and adjust plans as needed. Lead meetings to track progress and address roadblocks. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including requirements, design specs, and user manuals.
  • Status Reporting:
    Prepare and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders. Monitor project metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Risk Management:
    Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address issues promptly to keep projects on track.
  • Client Onboarding and Communication:
    Guide new clients through onboarding. Serve as the main technical contact, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
  • Requirement Gathering and Feedback:
    Work with clients to understand needs and translate them into project requirements. Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements.

  • Technical Expertise: Understand and unblock technical challenges. Make technical decisions. Experience in delivering IT/software projects.
