Project Managers are integral to the executive search process, responsible for ensuring our clients, candidates, and colleagues receive world-class administration across all areas of the business.
The role requires a highly talented individual with excellent organisational skills to proactively manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Success depends on excellent time management, prioritisation, multitasking, and maintaining professionalism under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
There is substantial contact with both clients and candidates, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a customer service ethos and an appreciation for quality, discretion, and integrity.
The position also demands a personable nature and strong teamwork skills, with a willingness to actively contribute and support internal project teams and colleagues.
This position is based in Perrett Laver’s London office, supporting a flexible hybrid working model.
