Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing large-scale EHV Cable projects, from inception to completion. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate diverse project teams and stakeholders.

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Manage all aspects of large-scale EHV Cable projects from start to finish.
  2. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams, planners/streetworks, and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  4. Develop and implement project plans and procedures, including risk management and quality control.
  5. Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a positive work environment.
  6. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
  7. Ensure compliance with NRSWA regulations.
  8. Utilize strong estimating and budgeting skills.
  9. Bring 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on utility projects.
  10. Exhibit excellent leadership and communication skills, collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
  11. Demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving skills, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Proficient in project management software and tools, such as MS Project.
  13. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
