User Voice is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Lived Experience Programmes, overseeing two major initiatives at the intersection of Health Justice and forensic mental health services. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to operate in complex settings.

You will draw on personal lived experience of the criminal justice system and collaborate with NHS commissioning bodies, secure hospitals, and prisons.

User Voice is looking for a Project Manager for our Lived Experience Programmes to manage two major programmes at the intersection of Health Justice and forensic mental health services., Please note we're not responsible for the content of job ads, as they're posted by the recruiter. This role will suit someone with personal lived experience of the criminal justice system, combined with substantial project management experience and experience in working in mental health settings, ideally secure or forensic services.
It requires excellent leadership and project management skills, deep understanding of trauma aware practice, and the ability to operate confidently within prisons, secure hospitals, and NHS commissioning environments.
