Qualifications

• Experience working as a Project Manager within construction or property consultancy.
• Degree in Construction Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• MRICS qualification or working towards chartership.
• Experience delivering construction projects through lifecycle stages.
• Knowledge of contracts, procurement and project management processes.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ambition to develop into Senior Project Manager and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the successful delivery of construction projects across multiple sectors.
• Managing project programmes, budgets, risks and key deliverables.
• Coordinating consultants, contractors and wider project teams.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong professional relationships.
• Assisting with procurement, contract administration and Employer's Agent duties.
• Monitoring project progress, preparing reports and attending site meetings.
• Supporting design management, project governance and risk management.
• Working alongside Cost Managers to achieve the best commercial outcomes for clients.
• Contributing to fee proposals, bids and new business opportunities.
• Taking increasing ownership of projects as your experience develops.
