ABOUT THE ROLE

My client will only consider candidates that have a proven background as a Project Manager in the building envelope industry who have worked for a rival contractor. You’ll be responsible for delivering on projects with their After Sales department, working for a variety of blue-chip building contractors such as Skanska, Lendlease and Mace. Within this role up will also be responsible for overseeing, Pre-construction, Design, Planning, Procurement, and Delivery.

Requirements

To be successful all applicants must have worked for aspecialistfaçade/ buildingenvelopesubcontractorin the UK.The must be able to display technical competency have a proven background in overseeing multiple facades packages from Pre-Construction through to delivery on flagship schemes.
