Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • Support Account Managers, New Business Sales, and supporting teams in delivering live projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Manage project duties for assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with Account, Sales, Production, and Estimating teams to deliver projects on-budget, on-time, and to specifications.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to optimize project planning, highlight challenges, opportunities, and actions.
  • Maintain regular communication with relevant teams, acting as the link between departments pre-project and during live phases.
  • Assist in creating RAMS and fitting guides.
  • Coordinate with fitting teams and manage booking responsibilities.
  • Liaise with customers as required by the Account/Sales teams.
  • Conduct on-site visits during project discovery, survey, specification, installation, and delivery stages.
  • Adopt company processes and systems.
  • Be aware of commercial and financial growth plans.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers based on knowledge, trust, reliability, and project success.
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with internal teams and customers at various project stages.
  • Maintain an 'Always on' mindset for products, services, and capability opportunities.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve efficiencies and practices within the business.
