Are you a Project Manager/Engineer from an injection moulding background looking for an exciting new challenge within a long-standing manufacturer, where you will have the autonomy to handle a range of technically challenging projects from cradle to grave?

Are you looking to play an integral role where you can implement processes and lead continuous improvement strategies, within a reputable and long-standing company, as the go-to specialist in the business?

In this role you will be developing new manufacturing processes and tooling, handling NPI budgets and timescales. You will be heavily involved APQP, PPAP, and CI strategies, whilst liaising with all internal departments along with customers and suppliers, leading the launch of new production processes on the site.

Established nearly 100 years ago, this multinational company turnover £100 million yet boast a close and collaborative environment in the UK, with an extremely low staff turnover due to an excellent culture.

This role would suit someone who has managed projects within an injection moulding environment, looking for a fresh challenge where they will be the leading a diverse range of projects from concept to completion.

The Role

• Managing manufacturing projects from cradle to grave within injection moulding
• Handling budgets, timescales, liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments
• Developing new manufacturing systems, tooling, and processes
• Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm, Friday finish 2:30pm, 37.5 hours a week
