Job Description

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects? We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of an innovative wooden pole restoration project, managing multiple install teams and ensuring operational excellence on the ground.

What you’ll be doing:
  1. Leading the day-to-day operations of up to 5 North East Installation Teams and Surveyors.
  2. Planning and allocating work for the week ahead.
  3. Coordinating with project teams to deliver on time and to spec.
  4. Reporting key delivery metrics and project progress to the wider business.
  5. Ensuring all site operations are safe and compliant with procedures.
  6. Conducting on-site safety audits and monitoring PPE usage.
  7. Supporting landowner communications alongside site teams.
  8. Ensuring vehicles and plant are well-maintained and serviced.
  9. Representing the team in client meetings with the Operations Manager.
  10. Delivering regular team briefings and site updates.
What we’re looking for:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation.
  • A flexible, proactive approach to changing demands.
  • A full UK driving licence (essential).
