Qualifications

• Отличные коммуникативные и межличностные навыки.

• Сертификаты по управлению проектами (APM PMQ, AgilePM Practitioner, PMP и т.д) или эквивалентный опыт.

Responsibilities

• Участвовать во взаимодействии со стейкхолдерами на уровне группы, спонсоров, бизнес-экспертов и технических команд.
• Соблюдать планы и обеспечивать своевременное обновление статуса с применением Agile; при необходимости учитывать водопад/гибрид.
• Выявлять блокеры и предлагать решения для их устранения.
• Стратегия непрерывного улучшения процессов delivery, включая использование инструментов (в т.ч. ИИ).

We're looking for an experienced project manager with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team.

• Engaging with a broad range of stakeholders across your peer group, sponsors, business SMEs, technical delivery teams and our supplier landscape.
• Maintaining accurate plans and clear and timely updates using Agile methodology, with the ability to recognise and adapt to waterfall or hybrid methods where needed to drive the best outcomes.
• Identifying potential blockers to success and taking action, or, as appropriate presenting recommendations to overcome these.
• Looking for and owning ways to continuously improve our delivery methodology using the tools available (inc. AI) as part of the project management community.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders and colleagues, building energised and psychologically safe environments for your project teams.
• Proven track record of taking accountability and ownership of your projects and ideas.
• Demonstrable experience of Agile delivery and product ways of working, while also being able to navigate waterfall methodology.
• Passion for continuous learning and development, bringing curiousity and a growth mindset to what you do.
• Practitioner level project management qualifications (e.g. APM PMQ, AgilePM Practitioner, PMP etc) or similar proven experience.
• Experience of project delivery tools including Jira and PPM tools.
