Position Overview

The Project Management and Customer Implementation Specialist will oversee the successful implementation and rollout of projects, ensuring revenue predictability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, facilitating customer onboarding, and reporting on revenue forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Lead projects from start to finish, meeting milestones on time and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, scope of work, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.

Customer Rollout:

  • Coordinate with customers pre-sale to understand requirements and ensure smooth product and service rollout.
  • Create and execute customer rollout plans, including training and support.
  • Address issues during rollout to ensure satisfaction.
  • Plan proactively to expedite revenue activation.
  • Provide revenue forecasts and regular updates on implementation schedules.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with sales, service delivery, product development, onboarding, and support teams.
  • Ensure effective communication between internal teams and customers.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Document and communicate process changes organization-wide.

Requirements

Qualifications

Experience:

  • At least 3 years in project management or customer rollout roles.
  • Proven success in managing projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in telecommunications or tech preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong project management abilities, including planning and multitasking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
