Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC seeks a polished, decisive project leader to drive end-to-end enterprise software implementations from kickoff through production, focusing on AI-powered document processing solutions.

You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and professional services, own project timelines, budgets, scope, risks, and deliverables, and command customer meetings while ensuring executive alignment and successful production rollout.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise software implementations.
• Strong customer-facing leadership and executive presentation skills.
• Familiarity with IDP, OCR, document automation, or workflow platforms.
• Understanding of AI technologies and enterprise integrations.
• PMP certification preferred.

Our client is looking for a polished, decisive project leader who can take command of customer meetings, drive cross-functional teams, and deliver complex implementations from kickoff through production.
