What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Serve as the primary customer liaison for your assigned projects, leading study activities across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and communications with minimal oversight.

  • Lead internal and external kick-off meetings and present at Investigator and sponsor meetings.

  • Maintain project documentation, ensure SOP and regulatory compliance.

  • Own revenue forecasting, budget updates, invoicing, and change management processes.

  • Oversee Site and Reader Management activities, maintain tracking reports using Excel/internal databases, support audit readiness, and provide regular project updates, contributing to the success of clinical imaging delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, escalating risks and ensuring proactive solutions.

  • Travel up to 20% as needed for customer or team meetings

  • Contribute to SOPs, training materials, and continuous improvement initiatives, applying project management best practices throughout the study lifecycle

What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Life Sciences) or equivalent work experience.

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role; at least 1 year in clinical project management preferred.

  • Experience in clinical imaging or cardiac safety is a plus but not essential.
