The Project Manager II is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities for designated projects to ensure that project goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. What you will do:
- Plan and analyze assigned projects, establish schedules and project parameters, and set procedures to accomplish system objectives, involving complex contracting applications.
- Review project proposals or plans to determine time frames, funding limitations, procedures, staffing requirements, and resource allocation.
- Establish work plans and staffing for each project phase; arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required.
- Coordinate with project staff to outline work plans and assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
- Coordinate project activities with government regulations or other agencies, including permitting as required.
- Review status reports and modify schedules or plans as needed, including generating tasks, estimates, dependencies, milestones, and project analysis documentation such as AIA.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers, providing regular status updates and project reviews.
- Prepare project reports for management, clients, or other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate forecasts of project costs at completion.
- Ensure timely completion of projects and maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and corrective actions.
- Obtain acceptance and sign-off of projects from customers.
- Hold accountability for the successful completion of projects.
- Assist in obtaining required sub-contract agreements or project documentation for files.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management.
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification.
- 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity project management, IT Support, system or security administration.
