Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Leeds is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple complex initiatives across the product development lifecycle, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Testing, Legal, and other functions. You will plan, coordinate resources, manage delivery timelines, and drive outcomes while promoting continuous improvement across the organisation.

Strong PMO experience and certifications are essential, with a proven ability to navigate cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

You will be part of an international team delivering The Senior Project Manager that builds development road maps and project schedules and collaborates to resolve issues by working with top Engineering resources utilizing our industry-leading technology.

About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage multiple complex projects across the product development lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Testing, Legal, and other business functions. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating resources, managing delivery timelines, and driving successful project outcomes while supporting continuous improvement across the organisation.

• Lead up to four complex projects annually, alongside moderate and simpler initiatives.
• Coordinate resource planning and allocation across projects and programmes.
• Communicate capacity and demand impacts clearly to stakeholders.
• Identify and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.

• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular progress reports.
