About the role

As a Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on rolling out Sage X3, Sage Intacct, and their own X3CloudDocs projects. You'll be the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly by working with the team, customers, and partners to deliver great results, on time and on budget.

Key Areas of Activity

• End-to-end management of Sage X3, Sage Intacct, and the company’s proprietary X3 Cloud Docs implementation projects
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining high quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring effective mitigation strategies

About you

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience in SaaS project implementation, ideally with Sage X3, Sage Intacct, Netsuite, SAP B1, or MS Business Central/Dynamics
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within an SME or consultancy environment
• Excellent project planning and scheduling skills, proficient in tools like Asana, MS Project, Jira, or similar
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced SME environment
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service
• A professional qualification in project management, such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile
