Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in housing refurbishments? Do you want to work for a business that truly cares for its employees? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with an industry-leading housing developer, who are looking for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. As a Project Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing multiple housing refurbishment projects within the East Midlands and will report to our Contracts Manager.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience as a Project Manager, with prior experience leading residential refurbishment projects
  • A valid SMSTS qualification
  • Clean valid Driving Licence
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading site teams and subcontractors across multiple live sites
  • Managing programme delivery and ensuring works meet compliance & quality standards
  • Liaising with housing associations and local authorities
  • Budget monitoring and progress reporting
