Family-feel, independent, experienced project and cost management consultancy providing first-class services to the construction and property industry is seeking a Project Manager with a focus on hotel and leisure projects.

In just over five years, this consultancy has developed a strong portfolio across various property sectors and aims to deliver over £1 billion of client projects in 2019/2020.

Due to a promotion, a new PM is needed for the London office with immediate effect. Below is a summary of the role and person specification:

Project Manager (Hotels & Leisure)

This role involves high-end project work, including high-profile towers in London, with a 100% client retention rate and a team that fosters a family-like atmosphere. You will be deeply involved with clients and their projects, experiencing a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

Summary of Experience

To be considered, you should have:

  • At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager or Quantity Surveyor on Hotel, Leisure, or Education projects.
  • Experience working with a Main Contractor.
  • Excellent understanding of cost management.
  • Management experience on high-value projects.
  • Experience in Pre-Contract Planning, including managing planning processes across various phases.
