Une entreprise de génie civil recherche un Project Manager expérimenté pour gérer une variété de projets d'entretien des routes dans le sud de l'Angleterre. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des équipes sur site, de l'interaction avec les clients et de la coordination des ressources. Ce rôle exige une expérience approfondie dans le domaine, associée à d'excellentes compétences en gestion de projet et en communication.

Qualifications

• Expérience significative en gestion à un niveau PM dans des projets de génie civil.
• Expérience préalable en maintenance des routes/design.
• Capacité à gérer une équipe de projet.

A Civil Engineering highway maintenance contractor is seeking an Experienced Project Manager to manager a variety of Civil Engineering HighwaysSchemes within the Southern region predominately in Berkshire. Working as part of theSE regional team, reporting to the Regional Director and managing site teams consisting of Agents, Sub Agent, Engineers, Foreman and Sub Contractors.

The ideal person:
• Must have extensive experience of operating at PM level on civil engineering schemes
• Previous experience of Highways/Roads and Design Reactive and planned Maintenance
• Degree qualified and have the ability to manage a project team

Responsibilities:
• To profitably complete projects in accordance with the clients specifications and to ensure client satisfaction
• Plan resources and ensure any shortfalls / over re-sourcing issues are resolved in a timely and cost effective manner
• Coordinate and manage any interface with other parts of the division
• Ensure all personnel within your control including subcontractors work in accordance with the company policies, are trained, competent and aware and in particular work safely
• Jointly prepare project Cost Value Reports & Contract Status Reports with commercial staff
• Liaison with estimating to provide value engineering expertise, lessons learnt etc to allow the division to submit quality, competitive tenders to our clients
• To deliver project schemes profitably and to time to enhance BBRCE’s reputation and look to further business
• To assist in recognising new client targets and developing an approach to target with Commercial Manager
