My client, a Tier 1 Main Contractor based in the city of London, currently has a number of exciting new projects in place and is looking for a Project Manager to oversee a Grade Listed project.

Required Skills & Experience

A proven background working for a Main Contractor
Proven ability to manage projects and deliver quality work on time, within budget
2 stage tender experience
Relevant construction Degree or related Level 4 and above qualification (HNC/ NVQ)
A respectable team leader with organisational skills and the ability to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
