Job Description

The Project Manager will lead all phases of healthcare construction and renovation projects-from preconstruction through closeout. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager or VP, this role involves overseeing APMs, Superintendents, and field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, taking full responsibility for successful project delivery.









The Project Manager - Healthcare Construction | Northern Virginia will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily project activities from planning to closeout
  • Managing schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and documentation using Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and design consultants
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and representing the company in meetings and on job sites
  • Conducting site visits throughout Western Virginia and occasionally in West Virginia
  • Ensuring quality assurance, safety compliance, and timely reporting across multiple active sites

The Successful Applicant

This role is well-suited for an experienced Project Manager with 5-7+ years in commercial construction and a proven history of delivering healthcare-focused projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an effective communicator, and confident in independently managing complex builds. Prior experience with hospitals, medical clinics, or healthcare renovations is essential.









The Project Manager - Healthcare Construction | Northern Virginia will have:

  • 5-7+ years of construction experience with direct project management responsibility
  • Demonstrated expertise managing healthcare facilities (hospitals, clinics, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation
  • Proficient in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Skilled in leading field teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders
  • Must be able to commute to the Winchester, VA office
  • Successful completion of drug screen and background check required

  • Base Salary: Up to $150,000, depending on experience
  • Vehicle Allowance: $800 per month
  • Bonus: Discretionary, based on individual and company performance

  • Retirement: Employer-funded profit sharing plan with a two-year vesting period
  • 401(k) Plan: No employer match
