  • Hold a degree in Project Management or Construction Management, or possess a Project Management certification (e.g., AMP, PMP).
  • A master's degree or professional membership (e.g., MCIOB or MRICS) is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the healthcare sector, unless transferable skills from another industry can be demonstrably applied.
  • Spearheading lead generation and business development are critical.
  • Demonstrated capability in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.

  • Highly adaptable to managing change and uncertainty in dynamic environments.
  • Proactive in pinpointing challenges and developing successful resolutions.
  • A keen eye for detail in documentation, compliance, and deliverables is essential.
  • Adept at managing team dynamics and client relationships with empathy and tact.
