The Company:

TRC is working with one of the leading national providers of specialist care in the UK, offering services including residential homes and supported living for individuals with Autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs. Due to successful organic growth, they are seeking an experienced project manager to join their team!

The Role:

• Support a wide-ranging transformation programme within Adult Social Care, focusing on Supported Living.
• Work closely with senior leaders and frontline operations to improve service delivery for vulnerable adults.
• Assist in refining the operating model, identifying growth opportunities, standardising finance processes, and enhancing integration across residential and supported living services following recent restructuring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support strategic projects across supported living and adult services nationwide.
• Help refine the current operating model and staffing structures.
• Identify opportunities for service development and growth.
• Strengthen links between residential and supported living provisions.
• Collaborate with divisional directors, HR, and finance teams to streamline processes.
• Ensure proper project governance, reporting, and communication.
• Build strong relationships with operational teams and stakeholders.
