We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join the company and assist in managing a groundworks and rc frame project in Islington.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Project Manager Responsibilities:

1. Reporting and working alongside the Operations Manager.
2. Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety.
3. Keeping site diaries.
4. Producing RAMS.
5. Producing cost plans.
6. Quality Assurance.
7. Producing programmes.
8. Managing the client.
9. Providing progress reports.
10. Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.

Project Manager Requirements:

1. CSCS.
2. SMSTS.
3. First aid.
4. Temporary Works Coordinator (beneficial).
5. Experience in Groundworks and RC projects.
6. Experienced in cost plans, RAMS, programming, etc.
7. 12+ years project management experience.
