HRP Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to join our geology and remediation team in our Farmington or Derby, CT office. The successful candidate will lead a talented team focusing on completion of challenging site characterization and remediation projects.

Job Requirements:

  • We are looking for creative, results driven individuals with strong backgrounds in team management, geology, hydrogeology, geochemistry, environmental science, or related fields
  • Connecticut Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) or someone on an LEP track
  • BS/MS in Geology, Environmental Engineering, or similar major
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience completing environmental investigation and remediation projects in Connecticut
  • Demonstrated success in planning, developing, and executing field investigation/remedial strategies for pollutants in various geologic settings
  • Experience with CT Remediation Standard Regulations and EPA Brownfields programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in MS Office products
  • Capable of working both independently and in a team environment
  • Self-motivated, energetic professional
  • Previous experience managing and/or directing staff
